From the very beginning of our activity, we are licensed service providers for sustainability reporting assurance services. We have solid experience in facilitating stakeholder dialogue and consultation processes, experience that was gained while working for the United Nations.

Every dialogue and consultation process that we facilitate is based on AA1000 SES (Stakeholder Engagement Standard). In addition, we tailor consultation instruments and processes taking into account our client needs and/or specific projects.

We work along companies or organizations that need to identify and map relevant stakeholders, build long-term relationships with local communities, gain or extend the social license to operate, formulate a dialogue and consultation strategy or improve the management-employee or management-union relationships.

The SROI analysis, at least for the Greenfield project, was a very useful instrument. We have discovered the real value of the project, and we learned more about the other components: from the insightful stakeholder mapping and their feedback, from the different correlation of the input-output-outcome mix; from the assessment of the final result and the impact on all categories of beneficiaries, whether they are users, management team or other stakeholders. I would do this type of evaluation in every single project as it gives you tangible results especially when it comes to complex projects with social consequences.
